Resolved: Access issues with ProQuest, WestLaw, LexisNexis and other databases

Update 11/11: A fix has been applied by Murdoch IT which has resolved the ongoing outage issues affecting Library online resources. If you continue to experience access issues, please contact the Library: Ask a Librarian.

Update 09/11: IT believe they have identified the source of the problem and applied the fix. We will continue to monitor access through the day to ensure no further issues are present.

Update 08/11: We are working closely with IT and continue to work with database vendors to try and identify the cause of this issue. We will provide updates as the situation develops.

We are continuing to investigate the access problems with ProQuest, WestLaw, LexisNexis and other databases.

Intermittent access problems have been reported for Wiley and Web of Science databases.
